How our service works

TRIAL NIGHT - Prior to boarding, all dogs must complete and pass a Trial night, charged at £35* for 1 dog and £60* for 2 dogs of same household. The drop off time for this is also the meet & greet session. If in the unlikely scenario, during this session you feel that we might not be the right host for your dog or we feel that your dog might not the right guest for our family then we will happily cancel the trial night and give you a full refund. If this all sounds good and you want to book then please complete our Registration form.

BOARDING - After a successful trial night, to secure your dates we will require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total boarding fee or £50, whichever is higher. (the remaining balance will be due 28 days before drop off). Please note - we cannot hold any dates till the trial night is completed and the deposit is paid. 

DROP-OFF DAY – Drop off your dog with us at the date and time previously decided and we will make sure they have a pleasant stay. Remember to pack a few essentials to help us make them feel at home. 

- Food – make sure to pack enough to last their entire stay (some extra just in case)

- Food and Water bowls – these need to be dishwasher-safe.

- Any treats they might be allowed.

- Their collar, leash and/or harness (we will give them our own tags when they stay with us)

- Their favourite bed/blanket – this will help them feel at home the most we feel.

- Their favourite toys, if any

- And anything else that you feel they require for their stay.

THAT’S IT! Go and enjoy your time away and leave your pet’s care to us. We will send you as many or as little updates as you would like, just to put your mind at ease and relax.
